Refund cut, refused, or your membership cancelled on you
Members describe refunds cut after one use, refunds refused until they sent a demand letter, and "unlimited" plans cancelled for being used too much.
What's going on
One member says a $179 refund became $96 after a single service call, with no warning it would.
For the ESP, Good Sam's site says you can cancel within 30 days, minus any claims paid. After 30 days, the refund is prorated, minus a cancellation fee.
