Paid $3,000 on a $7,000+ Toyota repair. No rental. Six weeks and my truck is still down.
They paid a little over $3,000 on a Toyota estimate of more than $7,000, and never confirmed the amount with me first. Every callback takes a day or two. I was told a rental would be provided and it never was.
