ESP won't cover the slideout, fridge, AC or axle
A lot of ESP complaints are about one part. Slideout wiring, fridge cooling units, rooftop AC, axles. People believed they were covered and found out they weren't.
What's going on
Some say an approval was later pulled back. One member says an axle payment was approved and then denied.
Service plans list coverage one of two ways. Some name every part they cover. Others cover everything except a list. Which kind you have decides almost every fight on this page. The full ESP contract isn't posted on Good Sam's website, so ask for your copy.
